Hi, I’m Rebecca Quinn.
I trained and worked as a ballerina for many years, retiring at 28. I then spent 10 years as a stay at home mum raising my two boys. A couple of years ago I was ready to start working again. I qualified as a Level 3 Personal trainer and Level 3 post natal recovery specialist. I’m also currently taking a course focusing on fitness before, during and after menopause. I have started my own fitness business running classes and seeing clients 1-2-1. 

I’m unique in that I’m able to combine traditional fitness qualifications with my background as a ballerina. I focus on strength, control, posture & flexibility.

Now having the opportunity to help them with health and nutrition as well is a huge bonus; for me and my clients. I feel healthier, my clients feel healthier and my income is healthier! 

I’m so blessed to be able to help and support women, watching them become the very best version of themselves.
